Products

The majority of the products we sell are original vintage items that are generally a minimum of 20yrs  + old. As such, some products will show some signs of use and general wear and tear.

We will endeavour to be as open and honest as possible when describing a product and it’s condition. If you are unsure about any product prior to purchasing, please don’t hesitate to contact us.  We will be more than happy to send additional images and info where possible.

Product measurements, where feasible, will be included in the product desciption. All measurements will be as accurate as possible. Please check before purchase that your item will fit in the desired space and through entrance ways etc. 

Electrical items may not have been tested by a qualified electrician prior to sale. Please read the product description for information regarding each individual items use.

Returns

We will offer a full refund (less shipping and postage costs) on any items that arrives faulty or damaged, in a way that was not described in the product description. We must be informed within 24hrs of you receiving the item about your intent to return and the reason why. Any item to be returned must be returned within 7 days of receipt. As the buyer, you will be responsible for returning the item as you received it and for the return postage/shipping, packing and insurance costs.

Privacy

We respect your right of privacy and in doing so will not pass on any information, personal or otherwise you have sent to us to third parties unless they are specifically involved in the delivery and shipping of any item purchased.
